Come to PFLAG Niceville’s regular support-group meeting: this Sunday, January 12th at 6:00pm at the UUFEC (1295 N Bayshore Blvd., Valparaiso, FL.). Our support group will be led by Jan Mullins, the faculty advisor for the GSA at Niceville High. The topic will be: “Debriefing the Holidays.” This is for all LGBTQ people of any age, as well as any family members, friends, or allies. Everyone will be welcomed with love.
In addition, we will have a special, educational meeting at 7:00pm. This will be on LGBTQ suicide prevention and will be led by Jessica Roberts, who is the Florida Panhandle Chair of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and is coming from Panama City.
If you like, you can come to just the first meeting, just the second meeting, or both meetings, depending on what will most help you, or even better, how you can best help others in our community.
You are loved and important! And you have a home in PFLAG! ...
